The purpose
of this institution, as a public, co-educational secondary, and
post-secondary school, is to offer quality programs that prepare
the students for employment in business, technical, health, marketing
and culinary occupations. Vocational education assists persons in
updating current job skills or acquiring new skills required for
employment. In keeping with this purpose, the instructors and the
Placement Service Program assist students with securing employment
in their chosen vocations.


High Tech
North was built during the 1992-93 school year and first opened its
doors to students on August 23, 1993. The Nursing Assistance Program
was the first program to have a graduation on September 30, 1993.
The school held its first all-program graduation on June 8, 1994.
The campus is part of the Lee County Public School System and is
governed by the Lee County School Board. There are no branches or
extensions. 2011 will be our 18th year of operation!
